LaginManager.com operates as a technology intermediary. For Vendor-User interactions, the Platform acts as an intermediary transmitting data to Vendors who then become independent Data Fiduciaries.
We collect User data (Name, Mobile, Email, Event details), Vendor data (Business details, GST, Photos), and Technical data (IP, Cookies, Browser info).
Data is processed for registration, onboarding, sharing enquiries, support, payment processing, marketing, and legal compliance under DPDP Act, 2023.
Processing is based on user consent, legitimate use, statutory obligations, and performance of platform services.
We share data with Vendors, service providers, and authorities. We do not sell personal data. Vendors independently determine further processing after transmission.
The Platform uses cookies for analytics and performance optimization. Users may disable cookies via browser settings.
Data is retained until account deletion, as required by law, or as necessary to resolve disputes.
We implement commercially reasonable safeguards. We are not liable for breaches beyond reasonable control if statutory safeguards were implemented.
